Landlord Law P.A. proudly supports alternative pricing fee structures. The American Bar Association defines alternative pricing as: “Alternative billing should be based on what is fair and reasonable both to the client and the lawyer.”
Instead of complex fee structures, we incorporate a flat-fee and hybrid approach to billing where the fees are predictable, precise and pre-authorized.
A $50.00 fee for each additional tenant/occupant is charged to cover service costs.
Our flat fee pricing does not include sheriff’s fees for the Writ of Possession, which are not billed until incurred.
Please contact the office at LandlordLawOffice@gmail.com for rates for our rental community partners or any other pricing inquiries.
