FEES

Landlord Law P.A. proudly supports alternative pricing fee structures. The American Bar Association defines alternative pricing as: “Alternative billing should be based on what is fair and reasonable both to the client and the lawyer.”

Instead of complex fee structures, we incorporate a flat-fee and hybrid approach to billing where the fees are predictable, precise and pre-authorized.

Our pricing plan below is inclusive of court filing fees and initial service of process:

$599.00 – Uncontested, single tenant residential eviction action for possession

$950.00 - Uncontested, single tenant commercial eviction action for possession

$800.00 - Uncontested, single occupant residential unlawful detainer action for possession

$2,000.00 – Uncontested, double occupant residential ejectment action

A $50.00 fee for each additional tenant/occupant is charged to cover service costs.

Our flat fee pricing does not include sheriff’s fees for the Writ of Possession, which are not billed until incurred.
